It’s our belief that your special day deserves only the best, therefore our drinks line-up has been carefully handpicked from independent suppliers across Yorkshire & the North of England to ensure the quality of our drinks match the quality of our lovingly restored mobile Horse Box Bar.
The Northern Box Bar Offer
Our team will work closely with you to ensure you have a drinks line up tailored to you and your guests.
We have a range of drinks packages available that can cover arrival drinks, toast and table wine, we’re also happy to discuss wine pairings for each course of your wedding breakfast should you wish to give your guests an experience to remember.
We like to keep things simple, the price of hiring us is just one standard booking fee which secures Northern Box Bar for your chosen date.
Booking fee of £500, includes the following:
- Secures your chosen date
- Full bar hire for the duration of your event
- The option to customise the bar, including a full choice of drinks menu
- A Temporary Event Notice to allow the sale of alcohol at your wedding
- At least two fully qualified, members of the Northern Box Bar Team to run the bar.
- Disposable glassware, straws and napkins.
Your options
Guest Bar
We rock up on the day, serve your guests who pay by card.
Hosts Bar
Treat your guests by putting a fixed amount behind the bar for them to enjoy. Once the budget is spent we’ll revert to a guest bar.
Open Bar
Feeling the love? Go for an open bar. Guests will not be charged and we will invoice you the full cost after the event.
